Seller User Guide

Step 1: Create your seller account

Start by creating your seller accounting on our website. Join us now.

After creating your account, make sure the main setting of your profile. Mainly you should do the setting in the profile page and in the Refund policy page.

Now it is time to start adding the products. That is too easy we think. ADD NEW PRODUCTS

Step 4: How to stop products

Now I will show you how to stop a product. In case you do not need testers for specific products anymore. You should
stop it, I will show you how to do that now.
1. Click on Products
2. Search the product using ASIN or keywords
3. Click edit
4. Make the Stock status: Out Of Stock, then it will be stopped. Watch the video for more details. Now the product is stopped.

Step 5: Products inquiry and discussion with testers

Now, a tester contact you and he/she wants to test a product. Let us see how it work the discussion between you and the tester. When a tester want to test one of your product, he/she will contact you through our website and you will receive an email as a notification. Click on the link in the email to follow the dicussion with the tester.
The tester will be notified with every answer from you.

Now the tester will submit the order if you accepted his request. And you will find order details on the orders page. Watch the video.

Step 6: Manage orders

Now I will show you how to check your new orders. Watch the video.
Order 7038, is a new order.

 

If everything is fine. Now you can complete the order. 

If you have a problem with the order detail (like the wrong screenshot or wrong store), you can view the order in more detail and send a special requirement to the tester/buyer like this product needs video review.
The message will be sent to the buyer in less than a minute.
Now you should change the order status and make it completed.
After some days, you can remind the buyer to write the review.

Step 6: refund the testers
